Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Cozyiulightau website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

Cozyiulightau provides event decoration and photo zone styling services. We offer consultation, design, installation, and breakdown services for various types of events including but not limited to corporate events, weddings, birthday celebrations, and photo shoots.

Booking and Payment

When booking our services:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due one week before your event date
• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment methods accepted will be specified during the booking process
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are non-refundable
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your event
• Ensure access to the venue at agreed times for setup and breakdown
• Obtain any necessary permits or permissions required for the event
• Notify us of any changes to the event details as soon as possible
• Ensure the venue is safe and suitable for our equipment and staff

Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Provide services as described in the agreed proposal
• Arrive at the venue at the agreed time for setup
• Use professional-grade materials and equipment
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Remove all equipment and decorations after the event

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to ensure the quality of our services, Cozyiulightau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Cozyiulightau remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use photographs of our work for personal or promotional purposes with appropriate credit.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes that may affect existing bookings.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
