This Return and Refund Policy applies to event decoration and photo zone services provided by Cozyiulightau. As our services are custom-designed and time-sensitive, please review this policy carefully before booking.

Service Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our event decoration services, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

Cancellation by Client

Timeframe	Refund Amount
More than 30 days before event	Full deposit refund
14-30 days before event	50% of deposit refunded
Less than 14 days before event	No refund

Cancellation by Cozyiulightau

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We will make every effort to provide alternative solutions or recommend other service providers when possible.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your event:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the original event date
Rescheduling is subject to our availability
One free reschedule is allowed per booking if requested more than 30 days in advance
Additional reschedules or reschedules requested less than 30 days in advance may incur a rescheduling fee of £50
If we cannot accommodate your new date, standard cancellation terms apply

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify your service package after booking:

Modifications requested more than 14 days before the event are generally accommodated at no additional charge if reducing services
Upgrades or additions to services may result in additional charges
Modifications requested less than 14 days before the event may incur additional fees
All modifications must be confirmed in writing

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of your event completion. We will:

Review your concerns and investigate the matter thoroughly
Work with you to find an appropriate resolution
Consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if we determine that our services did not meet the agreed specifications

To be eligible for consideration, you must provide detailed information about the issues encountered, including photographs where applicable.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent the event from taking place or our ability to provide services:

We will work with you to reschedule services when possible
If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis
We are not liable for costs beyond the service fees paid to us

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
